Shame on Quinnipiac! Quinnipiac University’s administration has stripped its faculty of their legal right to union representation. Academic freedom, collegiality and shared decision-making are essential to the integrity and quality of institutions of higher education. Quinnipiac University’s actions undermine these values, weaken the status of faculty, and attempt to silence professors by eliminating their legal rights to collective bargaining.
